If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer then this agreement also binds your employer.

You are permitted to use the downloaded digital media for inclusion in commercial websites, advertising materials and publications.

You may manipulate the media and the license rights are worldwide and in perpetuity.

You are not permitted to sublicense or re-sell this downloaded material nor are you permitted to post this digital media in an unprotected way so that it can be extracted as a complete file or otherwise downloaded by anyone other than you the licensee.

Websitephoto make no warranty, express or implied of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Websitephoto shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of this license or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify Websitephoto against all claims arising out of any breach of this Agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

About .tiff files

The term TIFF stands for Tagged Image File Format.

It is the standard format for large images and for exporting grayscale and color images to other programs.

All .tiff files cost £30.00, this will include postage and be sent following the reciept of payment.

Online Payment

The eCheque Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes seven to nine working days.

We do not send your item until the funds have cleared into our Paypal account. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared and the image sent.
